The Community Resiliency Team (CRT) is a trusted community infrastructure that strengthens local capacity through nonprofit organizations closest to the community. CRTs deliver vital public health information, resources, and services with an equity-first approach, focusing on supporting Marin’s most vulnerable communities.
Formed in response to COVID-19, CRTs now address broader public health priorities, working in partnership with County agencies, nonprofit leads, and community partners to reach residents where they are.

Naloxone nasal spray can rapidly reverse an opioid overdose and is accessible 24 hours a day to all Marin County residents from a distribution box on the East Portico of the Community Center. Fentanyl test strips (FTS) are a low-cost harm reduction tool that can be used to prevent overdoses in combination with other strategies. FTS are small strips of paper that can detect the presence of fentanyl in different kinds of drugs and are available at the Community Center's Food Bank and during open hours.
