It’s a cross between table tennis and tennis which is played with a plastic racquet and a heavy wiffle ball. We will have 3 courts laid out on the gym floor and it’s a great way to get in a good workout. The court is small enough that you don’t have to cover a lot of ground and it’s great for your reflexes because you have to react quickly to the ball.
