The monthly artist film night marches on in a virtual Zoom format.

Like a book club for art film aficionados! Please join us on Monday, September 27, 6-7 p.m. for our fourth Monday of the month, Artist Film Night! Watch the film ahead of time and join us on the 27th to discuss with your community. This month hosts Larry Rippee and Debra Amerson will discuss Made You Look: A True Story of Fake Art.  Filmmaker Barry Avrich chronicles the events of the largest art fraud in American history, when the Knoedler & Co., the oldest art gallery in New York, unwittingly purchased and sold fake works by famed artists including Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol and numerous others Made You Look is an American crime documentary set in the super rich, super obsessed and super-fast art world of New York.  Watch the film on Netflix then join us on Zoom to enjoy rich film conversation!
