Saturday, January 27
10 am–Noon

How to assure that:

• Your assets are protected
• Your wishes are known and respected
• Your papers are in order

Please join us for this event when we will get expert advice from local practicing attorneys:

Martha Howard has lived and practiced law in Inverness since 1980. She graduated from UC Berkeley and received a law degree from UC Hastings and an LLM (Taxation) from Golden Gate University Law School.

Dakota S. Whitney was born and raised in Inverness. She received her undergraduate degree from Mills College and her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Dakota litigated for more than seven years as an associate at a large multi-national law firm in San Francisco before joining Martha Howard’s practice in her hometown five years ago. Her practice with Martha is primarily in estate planning and post-death administration.

Paul S. Cohen is the former Executive Director of Legal Aid of Marin. He started a general civil law practice based in Marin in August 2017 and he offers his problem-solving expertise where it is needed. Advice is available regarding housing matters (including reverse mortgages), real estate disputes, limited powers of attorney, money and property concerns as well as most other civil law matters.

The event will be in Room 20 which is adjacent to the Community Center.
