Chair Yoga and Beyond Class is beginning June 3rd. The class will be held the first and third Friday of the month at 10:30, and held at the San Geronimo Valley Community Center. The teacher, Roseana McCauley, has been teaching yoga for over twenty years and is a certified yoga therapist. She has worked with numerous meditation teachers who teach at Spirit Rock, where she volunteers when needed. Roseana also works at the Food Bank with the lovelees; Nicole, Julie, Amber, and Poco.
