Wild Carrots Offerings
A Group Show .jpg)
Wild Carrots is a workshop for artists and beginning artists that has been facilitated by Toni Littlejohn in her Pt. Reyes Studio since 1992. The workshops are based on body experience and on developing depth, spontaneity and trust with our inner journey sourcing the traditional, the eclectic and the spiritual.
"Toni has created a space where I feel free to let go and trust.
Discovering the power to express myself has been tremendously healing for me," states one of Toni's students. Some of the artists have been participating in Wild Carrots for years as part of their art practice. Littlejohn feels that creating a safe space is her most important task. "When people sense that level of safety, they create incredibly powerful art, no matter what level their technical expertise." Toni is a painter and mixed media artist. Her work has been exhibited throughout the Bay Area, including the Oakland Museum, the Bolinas Museum and Europe. She is a founding member of Gallery Route One.
Participating artists are:
Sonja Anderson, Annie Borgenicht, Marcia Bradley Branca, Susan Brayton, Kris Brown, Helen S. Cohen, Cathleen Dorinson, Pam Fabry, Deborah Fleischer, Wen-Hui Shen, Mary Isham, Patricia Kriegler, Erika Kunkel, Jean Langmuir, Toni Littlejohn, Barbara McDaniel, Sarah Means, Suzanne Parker, Susan Sasso, Rishi Schweig, Kay Taylor, Amy Weber, Ayumi Kie Weissbuch and Robin Winn
